Jakki Brambles

Jakki Brambles is a British radio DJ, who rose to fame during the late-1980s and early-1990s through her work on BBC Radio 1. She joined Capital London in 1987 as its youngest DJ, and after a year on the evening show joined the BBC in 1988 as the first female presenter to get her own prime time show on BBC Radio 1.

In addition to her radio work, Brambles also hosted television programs such as "GMTV", and "Loose Women".

Brambles presented Top of the Pops regularly from 1989 to 1991.
