Harold Faltermeyer

Hans Hugo Harold Faltermeyer (born 5 October 1952) is a German musician, composer and record producer. He is known for composing "Axel F," the instrumental theme for the 1984 film Beverly Hills Cop, which became a notable synthpop track during the 1980s. Faltermeyer also composed the "Top Gun Anthem" and contributed to the score for the 1986 film Top Gun.
