Andrew Loog Oldham, The Rolling Stones' legendary manager, signed two ex-public schoolboys to his Immediate record label in 1966. They were David Skinner (1946) and Andrew Rose (1947) and they became Twice as Much. Their début 45, 'Sittin' on a Fence', a Jagger/Richard song was a minor hit in the United Kingdom, but that was the nearest they got to success. They released two albums; Own Up (1966) and That's All (1968). Another Oldham discovered act, Vashti Bunyan, sang on 'Coldest Night of the Year' on the That's All album. Read more on Last.fm
