Kenny Everett was a British radio and television presenter known for his irreverent humor and innovative style. He was one of the first DJs on BBC's Radio 1 in 1967, where he hosted his own show, "Kenny Everett's World's Worst Record Show," which became a cult hit among listeners.
In addition to his radio work, Everett was also a successful television presenter, hosting a variety of programs, including "The Kenny Everett Video Show," which featured his own brand of music videos and sketches.
Kenny presented Top of the Pops regularly in 1973, and co-presented one edition in 1967. He also appeared on the 25th Anniversary Top of the Pops Special in 1988.
Everett passed away in 1995 at the age of 50.
