Gary Glitter is a British glam rock singer who rose to fame in the 1970s with hits such as 'Rock and Roll (Parts 1 and 2).' Despite his initial success and flamboyant persona, Glitter's career and reputation were overshadowed by legal issues and controversies in the mid-1990s, when it was unearthed that Glitter was a prolific sexual abuser and pedophile.
