1985 Episode Guide

1985 sees a new generation of pop talent emerge on TOTP, with Madonna, Dead Or Alive and A-ha dominating the charts as the "Big Four" of 80s pop take a back seat. A landmark year for the show too, with the Top 40 Breakers segment launching, Dixie Peach becoming the first Black presenter, and Live Aid uniting the pop world in the most iconic musical moment of the decade.
